Zaxby’s, a fast food chicken chain in the Southeast, like most restaurants & stores, has a link to a survey on the bottom of each of their receipts. We were taking this survey just a few days ago when we stumbled upon this:
Although the survey says that we’re halfway done, the progress bar doesn’t think so. According to the progress bar, we’re not even a quarter of the way finished. So, why the discrepancy?
We contacted Zaxby’s Customer Service in early March. We still haven’t received a response.
