Not Enough M&M’s

If you like M&M’s, you’re in for a big disappointment. Check out this bag of Almond M&M’s.

M&M's (6)

Quite unassuming, right? Let’s inspect the weight.

M&M's (7)

9.90 oz. Well, except for an unnecessary 0, there’s nothing interesting there. Now let’s turn the bag sideways:

M&M's (4)

Oh my, oh my, oh my! It seems that the bag is not filled to capacity. Are you getting as many M&M’s as you thought?

M&M's (9)

Clearly, no. After the bag was opened, it was confirmed that the bag is only half full of Almond M&M’s. The consumer is not getting as many M&M’s as the bag’s size implies. You’re still getting 9 oz, but you could get more M&M’s if Mars filled the bag to capacity. Very sneaky. But tasty nonetheless. 🙂

Wow how disappointing of them. I want all 9.0 ounces of my candy and nothing less. Tasty yes, but not enough, for sure.
