Mr. Scott Williams of BJ’s Wholesale Club forwarded the cooking spray inquiry to ConAgra Foods, which manufactures Berkley & Jensen Cooking Spray. Paula, a Consumer Affairs Representative at ConAgra Foods, stated the following:
“…We sincerely apologize for your experience. We stand by the quality of our products, and want you to know that this matter has been taken seriously. Please note, this is not the quality we would expect, and have sent your concerns to our Quality and packaging teams….Thanks again for your feedback. We’re listening!”
If they are listening to my feedback, then how come I didn’t get a update in the remedying process? Will the problem be fixed at all? The next package of cooking spray I buy will still be leaking! I wasn’t even offered something for my inconvenience or for bringing the matter to their attention.
